Trails around  Štrigova are wellness for body and soul. Throughout vineyards on mellow hills, for easy trek. We put here 2 trails on the map below, but they can be both done in one, since they are continous.

Štrigovčak the green path

The trek starts at the school-parking place. It leads us slowly up the hill Štrigovčak, where a fortress existed. From there we can see the Mađerking breg (Hill of Hungarian woman) and Upper Megymorye. We descend down to the main road which leads to Sv. Urban, and we cross it and reach a small chapel. Right from there we are soon in the centre of Štrigova,
whereas on the left it goes to Mađerkin breg over Kalec manor.

Mađerkin breg - the yellow path

Starts near the Štrigove centre at a chapel, where you can park a single car. It ascends through the forest and terrace-vineyars until we reach renovated Manor Tkalec. Continue straight ahead to reach Mađerkin breg with magnificent views. There also a stone table with stone seats waits for us. One can eat, drink or just contemplate over the beauty of Upper Megymorye.
