Štrukli - tradional Kaikavian pastry exists in many variations: baken, cooked, salty, sweet, with fruits.. Zagorje-Varaždin county decided to raise it on another level and organised  Štruklijada - traditional manifestation where Zagorje restoaurant, bakeries compete in creating the best štrukli!
