Traditional Kaikavian wooden toys.

The art of creating traditional Kaikavian wooden toys is a famous and important tradition in Zagorje. As such, it is on the UNESCO List of Cultural Heritage of Humanity¹.
Traditional toys are made from sustainable materials - wood and carefully painted preferably with eco-colours. These wooden toys from the great pilgrimage site Marija Bistrica are together with gingerbread heart one of the most traditional Kaikavian motives.
