Abandoned country house in Art Nouvceau style, a unique Kaikavian heritage, because nowhere will you find more such houses on the country side than in Kaikavian region!

This one still can be preserved, but in a year or two it will be too late. The bricks are connected with earth, which is easily broken once the rain has found its way through the roof - and here it has alreay happened!

Not a single such a house in Megymorye is under protection, altough it is important and unique Kaikavian heritage, as well as shared European heritage. One could easily find 100 Art Nouveau houeses in one day in Megymorye, and more than 100 in Podravye, that have historical, artistic and architectural value!
But this fact is not recognized by a single Croatian cultural institution, so this shared European heritage slowly disappears, and with it Central-European identity of Kaikavian region.
